I cannot say enough good things about Colin and his incredible moving team. From start to finish, the entire process was efficient, quick, and extremely professional. The COO inspected my place and gave me a fixed price quote. The CEO called me when I had to delay my move by one week due to a leak at my new place. The move was done very professionally and efficiently and the team were great. I highly recommend them and was referred to them by friends who had used them a few times and highly recommended them too.

I recently used Relocation Engineers to move from a downtown Toronto condominium to a Scarborough house. The move went well for the most part. The moving team was polite and exercised a standard level of care. They did a good job moving a heavy refrigerator through a narrow set of doors into the basement of the new home. During the move, the team scuffed the walls of the old place and new place at about a dozen places. This I accept as unavoidable. There was damage sustained to the bedframe and a desk – small chips from the team not having wrapped the furniture completely. This is where I thought the company fell short. For a few weeks, the company was not responsive to communications. Eventually, they advised me they needed to remove the furniture from my home, and take them to a shop for repairs. But they could not say when they would come pick up the furniture or how long it would take to be repaired. I asked them three times in writing and all three times they could not give me details on this. The one time they told me they would come they gave me less than 24-hour notice. I work from home so I need my desk, and I obviously need my bed. The problem remains unresolved. I see that the company usually responds to Google Reviews so I look forward to their public response. We decided to use Jason’s Moving Inc. Powered by Relocation Engineers from Tweed to Picton. Henna was our contact with everything administration related. Henna was prompt, professional and patient while we discussed our inventory via phone call, text, and virtual meeting to ensure we were given an accurate quote.

The drivers arrived on time and ready to tackle the job. Between 10am-3:30pm they were spectacular! disassembled, packed, and moved everything while putting it back together and placing it right where we needed it to be.

This was our first time hiring movers and didn’t really know what to expect. Well, it’s easy to say, Jays Moving Company has set the bar high! Thank you so much to Henna, and a big shoutout to the moving team who went above and beyond. This was stress free, and now we are ready to assemble our new home. Thanks again!

My recent move was a really smooth and seamless experience, right from quotation to the last box coming off the truck. The guys were very polite, professional, and worked super efficiently, taking very good care of all of my furniture and belongings. The price was reasonable for a cross province move and I would totally recommend them! The only reason they have four stars is they arrived fairly late past the planned start time, however that said, it was an unavoidable situation and they kept me well informed of what was happening and when they would arrive. Very satisfied with my inter-city move! Organizing everything with Colin was a breeze, he was very understanding and was accommodating to my needs as well. I worked with Brandon and Carter for the move itself and they were awesome and efficient! All my items were properly moved in, they had even undid some furniture and re-assembled them back at my new place. Excellent service overall, if ever I need to move to another city, I will certainly return with Relocation Engineers. Highly recommend this team!

I had high hopes for the move given the great reviews however we had a couple unfortunate events. The guys were carrying too many dining chairs on a dolly and the chairs fell off repeatedly . Then the truck backed into the house we’re staying at and broke off a large tree branch despite having quite a bit of clearance on the other side. The movers were nice guys and I understand that things can happen during a move but what I was disappointed with is the response following the incident. I had to follow up on my email explaining the situation and was told that they can’t confirm that the items were damaged during the move despite me sharing photos and that nothing could be done for the tree. It’s been a couple of weeks and no response. From a company with such great reviews I thought we’d get better service.

UPDATE: I’m providing an update on this review as Colin promptly reached out to rectify the issue as soon as he was made aware of what happened. Accidents will always happen but it’s how they are dealt with afterwards that makes the difference. Colin was very understanding and apologetic and helped to get our chairs fixed. Thank you!

I didn’t have high hopes to find a mover for my recent job – I needed someone extremely last minute for an extremely small job moving a single object. Colin was recommended to me from a friend and he managed to find a time very last minute to take on the move! Despite it being only a single item, they wrapped it completely to avoid damage, took out the internals and wrapped them in blankets, and were extra cautious with the electrical. Unwrap was quick, they kept my house clean with mats, and reassembled the entire large furniture piece including checking the electrical before they left.

I’m so happy I trusted this recommendation, I’ll definitely be reusing them in the future.

I called Relocation Engineers within 48 hours telling them I had to move some boxes and within minutes we got a price , date , and time set up. They are super professional and handled all my stuff with care. Eduardo helped me with my move today and he was quick and worked hard.
