My recent move was a really smooth and seamless experience, right from quotation to the last box coming off the truck. The guys were very polite, professional, and worked super efficiently, taking very good care of all of my furniture and belongings. The price was reasonable for a cross province move and I would totally recommend them! The only reason they have four stars is they arrived fairly late past the planned start time, however that said, it was an unavoidable situation and they kept me well informed of what was happening and when they would arrive. We moved a few times and our previous experiences with moving companies were poor. What a change with Relocation Engineers! Colin came to our place, we shared our concerns and previous experiences. He explained the whole process, the time it would take and the cost. Our move went very well and exactly how Colin said it would happened. I am so happy that I hired Relocation Services! I needed last minute movers to empty furniture from my mother’s condo. The furniture needed to go two different locations. Colin reassured me his movers could do everything I needed. His pricing was very fair and less than I expected. The movers were professional, on time and careful. Very satisfied with my inter-city move! Organizing everything with Colin was a breeze, he was very understanding and was accommodating to my needs as well. I worked with Brandon and Carter for the move itself and they were awesome and efficient! All my items were properly moved in, they had even undid some furniture and re-assembled them back at my new place. Excellent service overall, if ever I need to move to another city, I will certainly return with Relocation Engineers. Highly recommend this team!
I had high hopes for the move given the great reviews however we had a couple unfortunate events. The guys were carrying too many dining chairs on a dolly and the chairs fell off repeatedly . Then the truck backed into the house we’re staying at and broke off a large tree branch despite having quite a bit of clearance on the other side. The movers were nice guys and I understand that things can happen during a move but what I was disappointed with is the response following the incident. I had to follow up on my email explaining the situation and was told that they can’t confirm that the items were damaged during the move despite me sharing photos and that nothing could be done for the tree. It’s been a couple of weeks and no response. From a company with such great reviews I thought we’d get better service.
UPDATE: I’m providing an update on this review as Colin promptly reached out to rectify the issue as soon as he was made aware of what happened. Accidents will always happen but it’s how they are dealt with afterwards that makes the difference. Colin was very understanding and apologetic and helped to get our chairs fixed. Thank you!

They are very professional, reliable, efficient and most importantly honest. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and were flexible in determining what moving package fit my needs best. No other moving company was willing to do this. I have another move coming up in a few months and will definitely be using them again!

I didn’t have high hopes to find a mover for my recent job – I needed someone extremely last minute for an extremely small job moving a single object. Colin was recommended to me from a friend and he managed to find a time very last minute to take on the move! Despite it being only a single item, they wrapped it completely to avoid damage, took out the internals and wrapped them in blankets, and were extra cautious with the electrical. Unwrap was quick, they kept my house clean with mats, and reassembled the entire large furniture piece including checking the electrical before they left.
I’m so happy I trusted this recommendation, I’ll definitely be reusing them in the future.

I called Relocation Engineers within 48 hours telling them I had to move some boxes and within minutes we got a price , date , and time set up. They are super professional and handled all my stuff with care. Eduardo helped me with my move today and he was quick and worked hard. I recommend him 🙂 and there was clear communication as well , so no one was left in the dark before , during or after the move. I am definitely going to hire them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family. Great job guys and thank you again😊

Colin and his team worked very hard to ensure we had everything we needed, and also that the move was complete despite me underestimating how many things we had to move.
